We are delighted that you have found us at cruiseexperts.org and hope that we can welcome you into membership soon.
We have a number of membership categories to suit your situation, and have listed these out below. If you do have any questions as to which category you would be eligible for, do give us a call or use our chat facility to check with us - we'll be happy to help!
All membership categories offer the same membership benefits - the categories are dependent on how many individuals you have within your business, as the number of personal profiles you will be able to create through your membership will differ.
STANDARD MEMBERSHIP (2019): €200 + VAT (JANUARY TO DECEMBER 12 MONTH MEMBERSHIP)
This is for any travel agency with a physical location at which potential customers could find you. Up to 10 personal profiles can be created.
HOMEWORKER (INDEPENDENT) MEMBERSHIP (2019): €75 + VAT (JANUARY TO DECEMBER 12 MONTH MEMBERSHIP)
Individual membership is also available for those agents that work from home. Up to 2 personal profiles can be created to allow couples or those who have occasional help with their business.
As membership runs on a pro rata basis, please note that membership fees will be discounted accordingly on 01 April, to acknowledge the reduced period of membership covering the remainder of the year.
Please note that if you do not include a valid VAT number in your registration and proceed with a Membership Type not including VAT, we will follow up with an additional invoice to cover the VAT element of your membership fees that would remain outstanding. Your membership would not be validated until this VAT element was paid in full.
On completion of your payment, your application will be processed. You will receive your CLIA Membership Reference details on email, allowing you to create personal profiles online at cruiseexperts.org. Should you not have received this after two weeks, please contact the CLIA Team at UKinfo@cruising.org
Should any applicant for CLIA membership realise that membership is not appropriate for their business and wish to receive a refund this will be granted under certain conditions. Refunds for CLIA membership will be available if the applicant has not created a profile under their membership reference and not undertaken any learning or engagement through the CLIA website or directly. Refunds in these cases should be applied for in writing to email@example.com within 14 Days of receiving your membership details, with no exceptions.
PLEASE NOTE IF PAYING VIA WORLDPAY:
On completion of your payment, your application will be processed. You will receive your login details to cruiseexperts.org by email, allowing you to create personal profiles online, and shortly afterwards, your membership pack will arrive in the post.

Please note that we can only accept payments from the cards shown below and the currency for payment can only be in EUR Euros.
