CroisiEurope, continues to innovate with the introduction of a new vessel concept for cruising on the Loire. Market leader CroisiEurope was inspired by an ancient technique – the paddle wheel – and is re-working it using today’s technology to create a new and unique type of craft which has started operating in April 2015. This will be the first time that a cruise vessel with cabins has ever cruised along the Loire.
A recent acquisition of the Mekong River Cruise Company boasts the addition of four colonial style ships, sailing the Mekong between Vietnam and Cambodia; with further plans to expand into Burma (Myanmar)
CroisiEurope is just one of a handful of river cruise operators whose ships are able to navigate many of the regions included in these commemorative journeys which combine many of the war’s most fated locations, along with insightful excursions to deliver experiences that are both historically accurate and respectful.

The barges, which will be fully air-conditioned, will each have twelve outward facing cabins with windows or portholes and private bathrooms, a spacious lounge and dining room and a fleet of bicycles for the use of the guests, who are looked after by a team of five highly-qualified and experienced crew.
